The View at Lincoln Park

The View at Lincoln Park will replace Casino in the Park, the longtime Lincoln Park institution that closed in 2017. Casino in the Park, which opened in 1950, hosted thousands of political events, weddings, and fundraisers through the decades. But the venue’s landlord — Hudson County — wanted a new direction for the outdated facility. HCIA selected Landmark Hospitality—a management group that oversees several restaurants and catering halls across New Jersey and Pennsylvania—to build and operate the facility.

The Project consists of the Construction of a 20,126 Square Foot -Three (3) Story Building consisting of a Kitchen, Two Banquet Halls, a Restaurant, and a Roof Top Lounge. The Back of House (Kitchen Area) is a Steel / Concrete on Deck Structure while the Event Spaces are Pre-Fabricated Laminated Timber Structures. There will be a total of Seventy -Seven (77) Parking Spaces of which approx. Forty-Five (45) will be dedicated to the Venue.
