The administrative offices at Hudson County Community College were consolidated into 70 Sip Avenue, a 40,000 SF space with four floors and basement. This all-inclusive Administration Center now houses the following components:

Office for Information Technology
Career Planning Department
Center for Continuing Education
Facilities Storage
Presidential Suite
Boardroom
Classrooms

MAST managed the complete renovation and conversion of the building including the installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire/life safety and telecommunication systems.
