Program Management for the implementation of the Hudson County Community College Master Plan. The Master Plan included a new 40,000 SF Administration Building, new 75,000 SF Culinary School, new 85,000 SF Academic building as expansion to HCCC as its North Hudson Campus. General Program Management Services included:

Feasibility Studies with on call architects for purchase of land and existing building acquisitions
Develop overall program schedule to meet College Master Plan needs
Develop project budgets for College Board approval
Identify with on call Engineers any environmental concerns

Coordinate with on call architect to develop overall new campus identity and signage program
Coordinate on call architect in producing capital improvements/deferred Maintenance Program
Determine bidding strategy with respect to ongoing school operations
